Common questions
I bought "Remove ads" but still see ads
"Remove ads" stops the ads between runs. Bonus videos (free turtle ride, double starfish, daily bonus) stay available because they're always your choice. If ads between runs still appear, open the shop and tap "Restore purchases".
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open the menu, tap the shop bag, then "Restore purchases", signed in with the same Apple ID. "Remove ads" is restored. Starfish packs are spent in the game, so they can't be restored.
There's no sound
Fishy Jump follows your iPhone's silent switch, so turn silent mode off. Sounds and music can also be switched on or off in the Settings panel in the menu.
I can't steer by tilting
In the menu's Settings panel, switch from Tilt to Touch, then hold the left or right side of the screen to swim that way.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
In the UK and EU, tap "Privacy settings" in the menu. On iPhone you can also go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. See the privacy policy for details.
